How to Book
Sunny Bank Farm is available 52 weeks a year. See the table for free weeks. Any week not listed is already a confirmed booking. Where two prices are shown, the second is for a long weekend. From January to March and in Autumn, start/finish days are flexible. Please call to discuss requirements.

We will send you a Booking Form, which has our full terms and conditions, and further information about your stay. To secure your booking, a 25% deposit is required within 10 days. The balance is due 6 weeks before arrival. We also ask for a £125 Security Deposit, refunded after your stay. We prefer payment by online bank transfer.
We strongly recommend you take out holiday insurance in case you have to cancel.
You can arrive any time after 5.00pm and we ask you to leave by 11.00am.
We do not permit smoking inside the house or barn.
