First confirm the availability of the dates you require, by sending an email to farm@sbstays.co.uk, so that the dates can be reserved for you and the price confirmed. Then complete this Booking Form.
If the holiday is within 6 weeks, please pay the total amount due. If more than 6 weeks before the start of the holiday, please pay 25% of this as a deposit. The balance will be due 6 weeks before arrival.
You will receive a Booking Confirmation by email which will show the date the balance is due if applicable. We will also send you directions and some local information to help you plan your holiday. We strongly recommend that you take out holiday insurance in case you have to cancel, for any reason.
A week or so before the start of your holiday you will be sent arrival information; Sunny Bank Farm is then yours to enjoy for the duration of your stay.
